HENLEY Alumni Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 20th May 2017 at Holiday Villa Subang Jaya

Henley Alumni AGM was held at the Holiday Villa, Subang Jaya on Saturday, 20th May 2017. The President of HAAM, Dato’ Yap Kuak Fong chaired the AGM and in his opening speech thanked members for supporting past activities organised by HAAM and hope new executive members elected for new term to showcase HAAM in more professional manner.

During the said AGM, the Honorary Secretary, Mr. Lor Kien Teck and the Honorary Treasurer Mr. Cheong Soon Hock tabled the 2016 Activities’ Report and the 2016 Audited Accounts for the association respectively. Both reports were duly accepted by members who attended the AGM. In accordance with the constitution of the HAAM, fresh election for office bearers was held during the AGM. The new office bearers for the 2017 – 2019 session are as follows:-

After the election, HAAM Chairman Dato’ Yap Kuak Fong went on the chair and conducted the 1st Committee Meeting for for newly elected committee member. The meeting was adjourned after a fruitful time of meeting and catching up among those who turned up for the meeting.
