Henley Alumni Association – Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan (HAAM) conducted the Annual General Meeting (AGM) via Zoom on the 10th June 2022. A virtual AGM via Zoom was conducted to facilitate outstation members to attend the AGM.
Some thirteen (13) members including Mr. Tony Hoe and Ms. Otelli Low signed in from Johor Bahru while Mr. Lor Kien Teck joined the meeting via his hand-phone while driving back from Kelantan. Sr. H T Ong signed in from Kuantan. We thank all the members who participated in this year’s AGM.
Dato’ Yap Kuak Fong, the President of HAAM presided as chairman for the AGM. Simon Lee presented the Activities Report. Simon Lee commented that HAAM still participated and hosted quite a few events in 2021 in spite of the on-going pandemic. Mr. Allen Cheong, the ever reliable Honorary Treasurer, presented the Audited Accounts for year 2021. The Activities Report and the Audited Accounts for 2021 were duly accepted by members as per the Constitution of HAAM. The AGM also elected Dr. Oh and Mr. Yong Chee Keong as new auditors to replace out-going auditors Mr. Woo Chee Khoon and Mr. Fong Wing Keong. The President, Dato’ Yap thanked the out-going auditors for their contribution to HAAM. The meeting ended at 3.30 pm and after which members took time to catch up with each other before and after the meeting.
