Henley Alumni Association – Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan (HAAM) conducted the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 17th June 2023. The meeting this year was conducted on a hybrid manner to facilitate members to attend the meeting physically and also to facilitate members from out-station to attend via Zoom.
Some twelve (12) members attended the AGM and we thank all the members who participated in this year’s AGM. This year being an election year for the association and a new set of office bearers was duly elected to lead the association until the year 2025.
Dato’ Yap Kuak Fong was re-elected as the President of HAAM and presided as the chairman for the AGM as usual. Simon Lee presented the Activities Report and Mr. Allen Cheong; the ever reliable Honorary Treasurer, presented the Audited Accounts for year 2022. The Activities Report and the Audited Accounts for 2022 were duly accepted by members who attended the AGM as per the Constitution of HAAM. The AGM also elected Mr. Fong Wing Keong and Ms. Annie Ong as new auditors for the year 2023. The meeting ended at 1.10 pm after which members who attended physically went for lunch together.
